Even the toughest villain can still be kicked into a mountain when caught off-guard; i.e. Freeza. I mean, even though Toei loves Goku, I doubt they'd make SSj Goku > SSj2 Kid Gohan. That's a crazy insane boost in power out of nowhere. But if it's true, then wow. SSj2 Goku > SSj Goku > SSj2 Kid Gohan > SSj2 Teen Gohan... that's a huge difference between SSj2 Goku and SSj2 Teen Gohan. XD

It's just like when Trunks caught Fat Buu by surprised and kicked him so many yards away. Also, when Pikkon surprised Cell, he wasn't in his SP form. He was suppressed (no aura, lightning, etc). Assuming you're talking about his LSSJ form, Broly wins and here's why: Pikkon is about as strong as SSJ1 Goku (as seen in their fight in Other World). LSSJ Broly took on that same Goku (suppressed SSJ1, not FPSSJ like when he was glowing after powering up against Cell) and beat him easily. Therefore, Broly wins.
